The Fusion Skydiving helmet is a full face skydiving helmet designed as a cross between the sleek design of the Aero and the functionality of the Rev2. The Fusion has the wide field-of-view and strong locking mechanism of the Aero and has the chin connected to the lens to give you the feeling of an open-face helmet while the visor is retracted. No more of the claustrophobic feeling on the ride to altitude, under canopy or in the tunnel chamber!
Features making the Fusion full face helmet the top of the line of skydiving head gear include:
- High-end vacuum molded carbon fiber composite shell (not plastic)!
- 2mm molded polycarbonate lens, also available in tinted gray and dark black.
- Push-button visor locking mechanism
- Scratch resistant and anti-fog lens
- Removable and washable liner
- Adjustable liner system
- Perfect for instructors
- Compatible with eye glasses
The Fusion Full Face Helmet is manufactured using high-end vacuum molded carbon fiber composites. The Fusion Full Face has the feel of an open-face helmet when the visor is retracted giving you a comfortable ride to altitude or wait in the tunnel chamber.
CNC aluminum visor locks come with a push-button for easy single-handed opening of the visor while keeping the visor securely locked in place when down. The carbon chin cup features a leather comfort tab which secures the helmet under your chin.
The polycarbonate visors are anti-fog coated and designed to allow air to flow around the visor inside of the helmet, whether belly to earth or head down so that it does not fog up.
The back of the helmet features a Velcro nape strap made from wetsuit neoprene. The liner follows our standard line in construction, is removable for washing, and has the convenience of audible pockets on both sides. The liners are adjustable and each liner pad can be adjusted independent of the others giving you the perfect fit for your unique head shape.
Bonehead Composites' long-lasting, quality helmets are designed and manufactured by us in the USA out of carbon fiber - not the plastic most skydiving helmet manufacturers are currently using. We strive for perfection, so we continue to manufacture helmets using composites over the less-expensive injection molded plastic; carbon fiber for strength and backed by fiberglass for shock absorption.
Colored helmets are all shipped with a solid paint scheme.
